Lines of Credit  
   

We offer a 10 year draw period during which time you can access your line of credit up to your credit limit by simply writing a check. During the draw period, your payments will consist of interest only on the outstanding balance. After the draw period ends, we will amortize the outstanding balance so the entire balance will be paid in full in 15 years.

Home Equity Line Disclosure:
The rate is Prime + 0% as published by The Wall Street Journal. Maximum Loan to Value ratio is 80% if Monson Savings holds the first mortgage and a current appraisal (dated within 6 months of application) is used, otherwise the maximum is 75% using the assessed value. The Prime Rate is a variable rate and is reviewed monthly. The maximum APR for this product is 18%. This product has an early termination fee of $500.00 if the line is closed in the first three (3) years from the date of closing.

Never Ending Line of Credit

We offer a never-ending line of credit which has no end of draw period and you can access your credit line up to your credit limit by simply writing a check. Payments will be interest only for as long as the line is available. Repayment is required in full upon the sale of the house or the borrower refinances.
