At Monson Savings Bank, we offer up to 75% financing with an adjustable rate with a maximum term of 20 years on our land loans. If MSB finances construction of the dwelling within 2 years, we will pay a maximum of $200 in inspection fees. Some restrictions apply.

Repayment is Interest Only for first 3 years, followed by 17 year amortization.
Three year ARM has caps of 2/6 and are based on the 3 year US Treasury rate with a 2.75% margin.
