Adjustable Rate Mortgages |

Rather than pay a fixed rate for the life of the loan, these mortgages offer lower interest rates at the outset of the mortgage, then adjust periodically depending on the loan product you choose. The interest rate can adjust, up or down, based on U.S. Treasury rates at the time your loan is reviewed. You are protected by caps which restrict how much the interest rate
will increase or decrease at each review and over the life of the loan. Adjustable rate mortgages are attractive to borrowers who would like the lower monthly payments or who don't plan on being in the home for more than a few years. |
